Brooks Utility Products Appoints John Bettevy to Lead South Central Territory Sales

NOVI, Mich. (November 26th, 2018) – Brooks Utility Products has named John Bettevy district sales manager for the south-central sales territory. Bettevy brings to Brooks 30 years of utility industry experience in procurement, sales, and account management roles.
“John brings a new perspective to our sales organization, having worked for more than 10 years in procurement at TXU/Oncor prior to entering the sales arena,” said Brooks Vice President of Marketing Scott Mann. “His 18 years of outsides sales experience with General Electric and Hubbell Power Systems will go a long way toward establishing John as a resource that our customers and channel partners can trust. We are extremely excited to have John on the team and look for him to do great things.”
Bettevy will manage and assist all sales activities in Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas. He will have responsibility for driving sales growth to investor-owned utilities and supporting public power sales through the Brooks distributor network in the territory.
