Brooks Utility Products has teamed up with a long list of customers and suppliers who have kept their doors open and plants running to support our national efforts to fight and recover from the Coronavirus.  I recognize and thank our team for the sacrifices they have made throughout this battle, and recommit to our number one priority – employee safety.  We will continue to abide by CDC guidelines as we cautiously begin relaxing some of our policies in support of the increasing number of customers reopening nationwide.

I am proud to say that Brooks was not only able to maintain our supply of products; but while fighting the pandemic, we consolidated our manufacturing footprint, shortened our supply lines, and repatriated jobs to our Tallapoosa, Georgia plant.  In the past 10 weeks, we have increased our quality controls to ensure that each Brooks product meets or exceeds the needs of every customer.

There is no question that the economy has a big hill to climb, but the experience learned from operating safely through COVID-19, and the improvements we made to our operations, has made Brooks stronger and better prepared to be your source for utility metering products and accessories.  I support a cautious approach to ramping up, and recognize that many are in similar positions.  Our sales team is experienced working remotely and is available to address your questions or concerns by phone or email as you ramp back up.  As always, our unmatched breadth of products made in the USA will address your utility metering and accessory needs.
